Hi everyone!!!
Today in this post I am talking about the simple health tips. Basically these health tips can follow all like men , women , children and others.These health tips are very simple and very easy understand.
If you can get separate health tips for women , men and children. So read my previous post.

So here is the simple health tips given below.
1.  Walk for 30 minutes daily.

2.  Start each lunch/dinner with salad.

5.  Give your partner a hug everyday before work.

4.  Take a deep belly breath for three to five _ minutes twice a day.

5.  Smell the scent of lavender to relax and well sleep.

6.  Eat a Handful of walnuts before bed.

7.  Drink plenty of water Get 10-15 minutes of sunlight and fresh air daily.

8.  Eat a piece of fruit daily.

9.  Eat slowly.

10. Never skip breakfast.
